Covenant Community Development Corporation (CCDC) is a Texas-based nonprofit organization dedicated to strengthening communities through housing stability, financial literacy, economic empowerment, youth and family support, and community development initiatives. Our goal is to help individuals and families access the resources, education, and opportunities needed to achieve long-term stability and success. Executive Director
Quintele Jackson
Quintele Jackson serves as the Executive Director of Covenant Community Development Corporation (CCDC), where he leads the organization’s mission to strengthen communities through housing stability, economic empowerment, financial literacy, and community revitalization initiatives.
With a strategic vision centered on sustainable community development, Quintele is committed to creating pathways for underserved individuals and families to access stable housing, financial education, and long-term economic opportunity. His leadership focuses on building institutional partnerships, expanding community resources, and developing impactful programs designed to address housing insecurity and strengthen neighborhoods from the ground up.
As Executive Director, Quintele oversees organizational operations, program development, financial strategy, partnership cultivation, and long-term growth initiatives for CCDC. His work is driven by a commitment to community transformation, wealth-building education, and creating systems that empower families toward stability and self-sufficiency.
Quintele’s leadership philosophy is rooted in service, accountability, strategic development, and legacy-building. Through Covenant Community Development Corporation, he is dedicated to building stronger communities through housing, opportunity, and hope.
