Honoring Service Through Housing Stability and Community Support

Homeless and at-risk veterans often face a housing system that was not built for the urgency and complexity of their circumstances. Long waitlists, fragmented services, and administrative barriers can delay access to the support they have already earned through their service.

The Covenant Community Development Corporation Veteran Housing Initiative is designed to bridge that gap.

Our program aligns with federal veteran housing programs, including HUD-VASH (Housing and Urban Development–Veterans Affairs Supportive Housing) and SSVF (Supportive Services for Veteran Families), allowing veterans to transition more quickly into stable housing while leveraging the benefits and services for which they are already eligible.

Rather than creating additional barriers or unnecessary paperwork, our approach is centered on coordination, dignity, and rapid stabilization.

Our Model

Our housing model combines affordable, scalable tiny home development with existing federal veteran assistance programs to create a faster and more effective path toward housing stability.

By aligning housing availability with federal voucher programs and supportive services, we reduce administrative friction and help veterans access housing solutions that are both sustainable and community-centered.
